JUNE’S CLUB NIGHT DEMONSTRATOR: Gill McGregor TITLE OF DEMONSTRATION: “Summer Splendour”

It was lovely to have Gill back demonstrating for us this month. It has been a couple of years since we last saw her and it is always a treat to watch her. She has some wonderful ideas for her arrangements and containers, and is an incredibly clever lady when it comes to the mechanics of a design. Gill’s husband came along with her to sell her books and some of us were able to add to our collection, which are always a source of inspiration if you take part in the competition.

Gill has asked that we don’t post of any of the designs online, so hopefully some of you got your own pictures.

COMPETITION:

This month’s competition was an imposed design. We were given a list of things that we all had to use with nothing extra. It was interesting to see the designs and of course each one was very different from the next, as you will see from the photos.

There were no Novice or Intermediate entries this month.
